I just read from a recent post by the Virgin group CEO "Richard Branson on making mistakes and what it means for everyone. Its indeed an intersting quote and am happy to share with you.
"It may seem odd to think about mistakes at a time when everybody is busy making grand plans for success, but it is actually all part of the same process. Making mistakes and experiencing setbacks is part of the DNA of every successful entrepreneur, and I am no exception".

I am sure many are depressed by the mistakes they make and may never get encouraged to move. Its indeed a natural principle which many might disagree with but i think if we all can add just a one step further to what we do we might actually move past our mistakes.
