United Nations secreaty general " Ban Ki-moon on Wednesday 30th Dec 2015 congratulated the Iraqi Prime minister "Haider al-Abad" on recovering most of te Ramadi City for the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. The UN secreaty noted in his conversation with the Iraq PM that the recovery of Ramadi city was an important victory and highlighted the need for measures to be adopted inorder to rstore the rule of law as well as basic services in Ramadi such that the return of internally displaced person will be enhanced.
